At Redcliffe Park, impact is embedded in every project we undertake. We are committed to delivering measurable environmental and social value alongside financial returns.
Environmental Responsibility
We prioritise the refurbishment and retrofitting of existing buildings, significantly reducing construction waste and embodied carbon when compared to new-build developments. By extending the lifecycle of existing housing stock, we create sustainable, long-lasting homes with a lower environmental footprint.
All developments are designed to meet — and where possible exceed — current energy efficiency standards. We target EPC B ratings as a minimum benchmark, improving insulation, heating systems, and overall energy performance to reduce both carbon emissions and long-term energy costs for residents.
Better Homes, Lower Living Costs
Our refurbishment approach enhances the quality, durability, and functionality of homes. High-quality fit-outs and thoughtful design create healthier, more comfortable living environments, while energy-efficient upgrades help to reduce ongoing household expenses.
By investing in underperforming properties, we extend their usable lifespan and contribute to raising the standard of local housing stock.
Supporting Communities
We are committed to delivering positive social impact alongside our developments. Redcliffe Park partners with local charities and pledges to donate 5% of the profit uplift from every project.
Our primary focus is supporting initiatives that address homelessness, while remaining aligned with the priorities of our housing association partners to ensure our contributions are meaningful and locally relevant.
Increasing Housing Supply
Through the renovation of derelict and underutilised properties, we bring homes back into active use and improve the availability of high-quality, move-in ready accommodation.
This approach plays a small but important role in addressing the UK’s housing shortage, by maximising the potential of existing buildings in a timely and efficient manner.
